Appointments

Quality treatment in a caring environment is the primary goal of our office. To achieve this, it is impossible to see every patient at the time they may desire. Our schedule has been designed for the convenience of our patients, with some very specific objectives:

To accommodate patients at their appointed times

To allow our communications throughout treatment to be as thorough as possible, and as frequent as may be needed

To minimize the need for excessive time away from school and/or work

With this in mind, we have designed a schedule whereas the majority of appointments can be scheduled during more desirable times, and longer or more involved procedures are performed in reserved times throughout the morning, or early afternoon hours.

Appointment reminder telephone calls are provided with our automated "HouseCalls" system. Patients or parents may also access their appointment or financial information via our web site. We like to refer to this as our 24/7 Secretary. (It provides you with information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.) In addition, we offer email reminders and office announcements once you have logged into our email reminder computer.

We ask that should you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows another patient to take advantage of that available appointment time.

Office Hours

During the school year, Donnelly Orthodontics is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 5 pm. The office is open for administrative and immediate care needs on Thursdays from 9 am - 4 pm. Our summer hours are 7:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Emergencies

For the convenience and comfort of all our patients, emergency pager service is available 24 hours a day / seven days a week.

Payment Options and Insurance

Being sensitive to the fact that people have different needs for fulfilling their financial obligations, our office offers several flexible options for financial arrangements.

Payment schedules can be arranged to fit individual needs, including options which allow for multiple family members to obtain treatment with arrangements for payments over a longer extended period of time.

We are pleased to accept the assignment of insurance benefits. Our experienced business staff will help determine your orthodontic insurance coverage, if any, and submit claims on your behalf. As insurance can often be confusing, we encourage any and all questions you may have regarding your insurance benefits.
